How it works
Complete the short health questionnaire below (most people finish in under 10 minutes). Your responses are reviewed by an Australian-registered clinician, and if approved, your certificate is issued within a few hours, depending on clinician availability and your condition.
Pricing
A 1-day certificate is $11. A 2-day certificate is $18. No Medicare card or private health insurance is required. This fee covers your clinician's assessment of your request, not the certificate itself. As with an in-person consultation, it's payable regardless of outcome.
Eligibility
No referral or prior medical history is needed. Your relevant health information is collected through the questionnaire itself.
Legitimacy
Certificates issued through Med2Go are valid under the Fair Work Act 2009 and the National Employment Standards, and are accepted by employers and educational institutions across Australia.
