Service Description
Med2Go provides an online platform connecting patients with AHPRA-registered clinicians for the purpose of issuing medical certificates. We do not provide emergency medical services. If you have a medical emergency, call 000.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By using Med2Go, you confirm that the information provided in your health questionnaire is accurate and complete.
Clinical Independence
Certificate issuance is at the sole clinical discretion of the reviewing clinician. Completion of the questionnaire and payment does not guarantee a certificate will be issued.
Refund Policy
Payment covers the cost of the clinical assessment of your request, not the issuing of a certificate. This fee is payable regardless of outcome, consistent with standard in-person medical consultations. No refunds are provided once an assessment has been completed.
Acceptable Use
This service is for legitimate personal use only. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may constitute fraud. Med2Go reserves the right to refuse service.
Limitation of Liability
Med2Go's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
