We collect the information you provide when completing our health questionnaire: your name, email address, and self-reported symptoms. We use this information solely to facilitate the assessment and delivery of your medical certificate.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is shared only with the AHPRA-registered clinician assigned to review your request. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain certificate records for 7 years as required by Australian healthcare regulations, after which they are securely deleted.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact admin@med2go.au to make a request. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
